Original 1940s advertising display for Pacquins Hand Cream, one of the best-known skincare brands of mid-century America. Pacquins began in the 1930s and became a household name through the 1940s–50s for its rich, non-greasy formula that promised "movie-star smooth" hands. The company heavily promoted through department stores and pharmacies, often using eye-catching counter displays like this one.
This piece features a vivid purple-and-white pyramid of product jars — a striking example of postwar retail design that emphasized cleanliness and glamour.
Excellent example of mcm beauty advertising design with clean graphics and a clever dimensional layout. Measures 10" x 12" with easel back intact and light age toning.
