Original Boy Scouts of America bronze statue awarded in 1939! It is a casting of R. Tait McKenzie cast at The Modern Art Foundry in Queens, N.Y. according to the information I got with it.
This award was given to Robert Case. The award is nearly 100 years old! An incredible figure for different types of collectors. Given its age it has some normal wear. It is also damaged above the ankles. The damage was corrected by adding pins in the legs. Surprisingly it stands on its own without adhesive and displays well when stood upright…although it can very slightly wobble where repaired. I bought the model as it is and have made no attempt to repair or hide damage.
Sold as shown…free shipping to the lower USA 🇺🇸!!!
