Upham; covering $200 on \"her one-story metal roof frame building\" on West 1/2 of Lot 8, Block 65, Weeping Water, Cass County, Nebraska. (Explicitly notes \"her\" building, making it a great record of early female property ownership). Primary Collector Feature (Revenue Stamps): Upper right corner bears two firmly affixed, intact 1914 Series WWI-era U.S. Internal Revenue Documentary stamps: Typography & Vignette: Elegant flowing script banner for \"The Columbia Fire Underwriters\" above detailed policy terms, including period electricity permits, gas/lighting stipulations, and safety clauses. Signatures: Signed by company executives (including President H. A. Smith) and countersigned at Weeping Water, Neb. by local agent Wm. H. Lyman.
