Eachticket is $1.00 “C”Class and for one tenth of the prize amount. They are printed in blue ink withthe number in black in two places. The backis also blue and is stamped with the date and “M.A. Dauphin New Orleans.” Each one measures 5.75” X 2.25” and in good condition (ungraded). *See Photos.
**Two former Confederate Generals (G.T. Beauregard &Jubal A. Early) were hired to oversee the drawings. Their names appear on eachticket along with M.A. Dauphin, a lottery official.
