Description:Original handwritten letter dated August 28, 1881, on the printed letterhead of Henry Elling, Banker, Virginia City, M.T. (Montana Territory). Addressed to Messrs. Elling & Morris, the letter forwards a copy of a received dispatch reading: "Hurry up that business, delay will be fatal." Signed "Yours Truly, W.W. Morris." The reverse bears a filing notation: "Elling & Morris, 8/25/81, 8/30."
