Beautiful ornate Western-style belt buckle featuring an 1879 Morgan Silver Dollar as the centerpiece.
The buckle has detailed floral and scroll engraving, raised beadwork surrounding the coin, and a rope-style border. The Morgan dollar is secured in the buckle with four prongs/clips rather than appearing permanently soldered to the face.
