Here is some information I found out on the internet using the AI tool:Nathaniel Hebard(Hibbard)During the Revolutionary War, Nathaniel Hebard (often spelled Hibbard) served as the goal-keeper (jailkeeper) of the Windham County Goal in Connecticut. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing the prison where British and Loyalist prisoners of war were held. Historical records indicate that around 1782, Hebard submitted accounts and petitions to the Connecticut General Assembly for the expenses he incurred while taking care of sick prisoners under his watch. Because the wartime jail conditions frequently led to outbreaks of illness among the captives, the jailkeeper had to personally provide food, basic medical attention, and nursing care, subsequently requesting reimbursement from the state for these extra expenditures.Jabez Huntington: A prominent local official and member of a highly influential Connecticut family. Jabez Huntington (1738–1782) served extensively in civil positions in Windham. He was the High Sheriff of Windham County up until his death in November 1782.Shubael Abbe: Following the death of Jabez Huntington, Shubael Abbe (1744–1804) was appointed as the High Sheriff of Windham County in 1783. He was a Yale graduate (Class of 1764) and a fixture of Windham’s post-Revolutionary political scene, frequently handling town legal matters and eventually serving as a representative to the General Assembly in the 1790s.Nathaniel Lincoln: A respected local figure and military veteran. Captain Nathaniel Lincoln (1728–1834) lived a remarkably long life in Windham. Both he and other branches of the Lincoln family were continuously tapped for town leadership roles and neighborhood committees throughout the late 18th century. Jonathan Rudd: Ensign Jonathan Rudd (1745–1833) was a Revolutionary War veteran who responded to the Lexington Alarm. He was an active civic figure in the local Scotland parish of Windham, which routinely handled joint administration with the main Windham town council before eventually breaking off into its own town.Captain Ebenezer Moseley (The Father): Born in Windham in 1741, he was the son of the town's prominent minister, Reverend Samuel Moseley.

Judicial & Civil Roles: He served as a Justice of the Peace and as a member of the Connecticut state legislature for Windham County during multiple terms in the Revolutionary era (specifically 1776, 1778, 1783, and 1785). When the town of Hampton was later incorporated from parts of Windham, he continued his extensive civic career there as a representative and town clerk.Military Career: Prior to his peacetime civic work, he served as a Captain in the Connecticut Militia during the American Revolutionary War, notably under Colonel Ely's State Regiment and General Israel Putnam. Background: Born in Windham on February 19, 1741, to the Reverend Samuel Moseley, Ebenezer graduated from Yale College in 1763. Before his legal and political career, he was ordained as a missionary for the New England Company. In fairly good condition for its age with signs of blemishes and wear including; light soiling/staining; surface wear; bends/creases/tears; other blemishes and wear; etc. "godislove2" watermark is NOT on actual document.
