In the unlikely event of an item found to be faulty, we will replace the item or give you a full/partial refund. Please send us pictures of the faulty item through . In the case of a full refund, the item must be sent back to us before refund can be made. Postage will be paid for and on some occasions we may send you a postage paid sticker/envelope.
Lost Items
You should receive most items within 7 days after your receive the despatch email from us.In the most unfortunate circumstances, some packages are lost in the post. If you do not recieve your items within 7-10 days please contact us and we will do our best to claim for the package through Royal Mail. In this case, Royal Mail will only classify lost post after 15 working days of the expected delivery date. Therefore in the meantime, we advise you to be patient and wait for the items, just in case they do turn up. If a case is opened for the lost package, it may take up to 3 weeks for it to be sorted out. We will refund the cost of the items (as paid to us through Royal Mail) less postage (not paid to us by Royal Mail) once we have received it.
