Antique blue plaid quilted winter petticoat
1.someone opened up the seam and took off the waist band
2. blue plaid outside, brown wool inside, cottonbatting in the middle
3. the seam has been opened, the placket on both sides is turned under, just restitch the seam and add a waist band
4. top shows wear, see photo, wool isworn in places and batting is gone
5. most of this is good
6. blue plaid is strong
7.brown wool lining has some moth holes
8. top 2/3 quilted in lines of half circles bottom 1/3 quilted in woven chains
9. blue has thin spot about 4 x 4 in same area where brown lining is worn
10. a little work and this could be a nice winter petticoat
