THE 1978 FORD F-100
The 1978 F-100 belongs to Ford’s sixth-generation F-Series, commonly known among collectors as the Dentside generation because of the distinctive recessed body line running along the truck’s sides.
The lighter’s design captures the truck’s long hood, rectangular grille, full-size bed and unmistakable late-1970s Ford styling.
The surrounding blueprint imagery makes this much more visually interesting than an ordinary logo-only promotional lighter.
CONDITION
This lighter is brand-new old stock, unused and unfired.
The original orange factory warning seal remains attached across the lid and body. The seal has never been removed, and the lighter has never been opened, fueled or lit.
To preserve its untouched collector condition, the internal insert, wick, flint and striking mechanism have not been inspected or tested.
The printed artwork presents attractively through the original packaging. The chrome surface and plastic display tray create reflections and glare in the photographs.
The outer box was opened only to photograph the contents. It may have minor shelf, edge, label or handling wear from storage.
