A scare example of the WW2 unpainted helmet liner. The thought then was that the pattern in the liner was sufficient camouflage so they left the Westinghouse factory without paint. Nice khaki webbing,front grommet, there is some warping to the front rim, it still fits nicely inside a WWII US M-1 steel helmet.(last pic)
