Original WWII U.S. M3 Fighting Knife manufactured by Camillus, complete with original U.S. M8 scabbard marked BMCO.
Knife is marked "US M3 CAMILLUS" on the guard. Stacked leather washer grip with steel pommel and crossguard. Blade shows age, patina, surface rust and sharpening wear consistent with field use and storage. Grip shows wear, compression and age to the leather washers. Guard shows wear.
Scabbard is marked "US M8 BMCO" on the throat. OD green fiberglass body with OD canvas hanger. Hanger shows fading and wear. Metal throat shows patina and surface rust. Scabbard body shows scuffs, scratches and age wear.
Sold as a collectible. Please review all photos carefully for condition. Uncleaned estate condition.
