It is a premium, private-purchase item custom-tailored for an officer by the prestigious military goods house William C. Rowland Uniforms, Philadelphia
"P.S.C." Cap Badge: The front features a unique, non-regulation bronze eagle insignia with a top banner reading "P.S.C."
This strongly points to either the Philippine Service Command (US troops stationed in the Philippines) or the Pennsylvania State College Cadets
The interior silk lining features a handwritten pencil number "700", which was the original custom tailor order number for the officer
Item is in heavily worn, poor vintage condition with multiple moth holes and surface nips on the wool crown, exactly as shown in the photos. Leather visor and interior sweatband remain intact. Sold completely as s as pictured
