This is a beautiful, untouched and uncleaned, original example the French War Medal. It was the second highest award for valor and this example is made of sterling silver. It has the double cornucopia Paris Mint mark on the front. This one has complete and undamaged blue hard enamel on both sides. It is an exceptionally nice example of this beautiful medal.
