PRICING: If you see some odd looking pricing they are not random numbers, has a great AI tool that automatically gives the seller a medium sale price value of previous sold items.
IF YOU SEE A DISCREPANCY IN THE TITLE, ITEM SPECIFICS, DESCRIPTION WHERE THEY DO NOT MATCH, please contact me with questions, sometimes it auto populates and I miss it.
Please see my charity sales, search lapel pin. I have fundraising lapel pins I sell and donate the money, to organizations to support victims of domestic violence, veterans & gold star families,
Item: what you see is what you get, 100% when item is on sale or individual items at but it now.
Listening?s that have multiple items at buy it now that are new or new old stock are from the same lot so they are the same exact item. Some of my items are on consignment, I have a responsibility to get them the best price possible.
Returns: returns are expected, restocking fee no refunds on shipping charge
Shipping: shipping prices have got very expensive as well as packing materials. It appears the days of flare rate boxes and prices are gone or limited. I charge a packing fee of $1.00-$3.00 larger items can be more or ones that require specialty boxes. I have bought boxes that with shipping came to over $7 per. When buying an item consider shipping cost as part of the total price of the item and offer accordingly. I am not happy about shipping rates either.
Communication: be polite, be professional or not at all! Don’t hit me with those negative waves!
