Vintage key ring advertising American Automobile Association also known as AAA or Triple A. This is a return to sender keychain that was popular years ago, where finder could just drop in mailbox and keyring would find its way back to owner. This owner was in Rochester NY with membership number noted. I believe the fob is leather with a metal and plastic disk showing AAA and includes metal ring. Shows wear age and soil but remains in overall good to very good shape. Measures approximately 2 1/4 inches plus metal ring. Please see photos as they are part of description of item.
