Up for sale is a rare, matching set of two (2) vintage postmodern beach/bath towels manufactured by the premium linen house Santens in Belgium.
These towels feature a vibrant, iconic graphic collaboration with renowned American artist David Lee Csicsko. The design showcases bold Memphis-style geometric panels, palm trees, stars, and abstract underwater sea life (a seahorse and a fish) in neon shades of pink, turquoise blue, bright yellow, and lime green.
The artist\'s signature \"CSICSKO\" is woven directly into the jacquard border.

CONDITION (PLEASE READ - SOLD AS IS):
These towels are in usable vintage condition but do show cosmetic flaws from age and use. There are scattered dark spots/stains and a few small, light faded spots on the pink portions of the terrycloth (please review the final 5 close-up photos carefully to see these areas). These show up much stronger in photos than in real life. I did not attempt to remove the darker splotches, to avoid damage. The graphics and colors otherwise remain quite bold, and there are no structural holes or major rips.
Perfect for a collector who loves the pattern or doesn\'t mind a broken-in, authentic vintage look for the pool or beach! Sold strictly AS IS.
