This is a very rare M1941 field jacket, size 36L. The leather collar and cuffs are in excellent condition, and I would say that\'s a museum-quality. The aluminum TALON zippers are working good.The insignia on the left arm of the jacket in the photo is the United States Army Air Force (USAAF) Weather Service. The Weather Service\'s mission is to monitor weather forecasts and meteorological conditions that affect the safety of pilots and crew members.
As you can see in the pictures there are some stains and holes on the jacket which is totally understandable for an 85 year old jacket.
