Vintage Wm Johnson Inc. wing dividers, stamped "Wm Johnson Inc. Newark, N.J." and "TEMPERED" on the legs. These are classic machinist layout tools — the wing and set screw let you lock the opening for scribing circles, transferring measurements, or stepping off distances on metal or wood.
Made in Newark, New Jersey, likely early to mid-1900s. The legs are square stock tapered to sharp points, with brass caps at the joint. The joint is snug and the adjustment screw works smoothly.
Condition: good used — honest patina and surface wear consistent with age, no rust, points are sharp and intact. The leather case is included but shows wear and is not original to the tool.
