Exceptionally substantial professional-grade construction with a heavy copper body, traditional tin-lined interior, heavy cast iron handles, and copper rivets.
This is an exceptionally large and heavy piece. The pan alone weighs approximately 12.13 lb, and the complete pan with lid weighs approximately 15.32 lb.

Includes the matching heavy copper lid with long cast iron handle. The underside of the lid is tin lined and also shows normal wear, scratches, discoloration, and patina from age and use.
