Vintage Realistic Radio Shack 12-613A Portable AM FM TV Radio TESTED Clean Bay
comes with the AC cord too.
For sale is a vintage Radio Shack Realistic Model 12-613A pocket transistor radio in great pre-owned condition. Perfect for collectors or casual vintage audio enthusiasts.
Features & Condition:
- Fully Tested: Both AM and FM bands tune smoothly and pull in local stations clearly.
- Pristine Internals: The battery compartment is immaculate with absolutely zero corrosion, rust, or past battery acid leaks.
- Perfect Antenna: The telescopic chrome antenna is completely straight, extends easily, and is not bent, loose, or broken.
- Dial Face Condition: The clear plastic frequency window is a bit cloudy/hazy due to age, but the text and lines remain fully legible. It could likely be polished back to full clarity with Novus 2 or a similar plastic cleaner, but it has been left unpolished to preserve its original state.
- Casing Condition: The gray plastic body is structurally sound with minor surface scuffs typical of careful handling over the years. Includes the original black nylon wrist strap.
*Please note: Due to modern digital broadcast shifts, the legacy analog TV1 and TV2 audio bands pull in standard static as intended by current signals.
Requires one 9V battery (not included). Ready for your collection! Ships securely packed from a smoke-free home.
