Beautiful vintage Murano art glass elephant figurine, crafted in Italy in striking emerald green and crystal-clear glass. This sculptural elephant features a graceful raised trunk, dimensional ears, and a rich green section encased within the clear glass that catches and reflects the light beautifully. The piece retains its original “Murano – VE – Italy” foil label and also features a hand-etched signature/inscription on the underside of the base. The inscription is faint and has not been positively identified, so no specific artist or glasshouse attribution is being made.Approximately 6½–7 inches tall and 3 inches wide at the base.A beautiful piece of Italian art glass for a bookshelf, console, curio cabinet, or Murano glass collection. The emerald green coloring looks especially striking when displayed near natural light.Vintage/pre-owned condition with minor surface wear consistent with age. Please review all photographs closely, including the photos of the original label, etched inscription, measurements, and condition.
