This pipe is from my great-grandfather\'s pipe collection. He died in 1970, so I know this pipe is at least that old.
I personally don\'t know much about pipes, so please excuse the basic description.
Vintage cherrywood tobacco pipe stamped “REAL CHERRY” and “MADE IN SWITZERLAND.”
Features a tall, slightly waisted bowl with a black textured exterior, contrasting natural wood rim and base, reddish wooden shank, and gently curved black mouthpiece. Maker is unknown.
Approximately 7 inches long, as shown beside the ruler.
Shows age-related wear, including scratches and small losses to the black bowl finish, worn areas and small surface chips along the wooden shank, and mouthpiece discoloration and light marks.
Rough wood fibers and small debris are visible inside the chamber. Prior smoking history is unknown.
Functionality, stem fit, and smoking readiness have not been verified.
