This is a vintage Heisei-era toy that was released by Bandai Japan in 1994. It is a bottle of shampoo in the shape of Sailor Moon Spiral Heart Moon Rod. You can pull up on the top to reveal a place you can blow into and create bubbles! The bottle is still sealed, but the box has been opened. The box has some cellophane residue but other than that both the box and rod are in good shape for how old they are. Please check out pics to ensure you\'re satisfied with quality before purchasing.I will packaged this safely and ship it in a box using USPS ground.
