Vintage Pottery Seated Mudhead Doll 2.5\" Signed by 3/8”

Pre-owned condition. Native American pottery figure depicted in a seated pose with a skirt-like form. The skirt area is painted in black. The base bears a signature that is difficult to read (possibly resembling “Darlene” or similar).

The underside features textured, arrow/mountain-like details that appear to be part of the original handmade design. Upon closer inspection, one leg area shows a line consistent with a previous break that appears to have been reattached with adhesive. This is visible mainly from the back and not easily noticeable from the front. Additionally, a small area of clay loss is present near this section. Due to the handcrafted nature of the piece, some surface irregularities may be original, while others may reflect age or past repair.
