The Pilot x Loris Azzaro fountain pen is a rare, ultra-slim luxury collaboration writing instrument released around 1981.


Designer: Loris Azzaro (the famous French-Italian fashion designer) partnered with Japanese manufacturer Pilot in the early 1980s.

Body: A long, very thin, cylindrical brass metal body (weighing around 17 grams) finished with multiple coats of lacquer and detailed patterns (dark blue with white dot lines).

Nib: Fitted with a fine 14K gold straight nib typical of vintage high-end Japanese manufacturing.
