This is an estate find. The Parker box contains a click pen and mechanical pencil set. The set appears to be engraved with a person’s name and Wisconsin Power & Light Company, with 1975 also appearing on the engraving.
I did test both pieces as best I could:
• Parker pen: The click mechanism does work, but there is currently no ink coming out when tested. It appears the ink may be dried out.
• Parker pencil: There is lead inside, and lead does come out when clicked and stays in place when pushed back in. However, the clicking mechanism feels unusual/rough to me, so I cannot guarantee that it is functioning properly.
This lot includes two Parker ink refills. One refill has been opened and I tested it. It writes very little, if at all, so it may be dried out or nearly empty. The other refill is still sealed, so I was unable to test it and cannot guarantee that it still contains usable ink.
There is also a separate Parker pen engraved “G. G. Hammonds.” I tested this pen, and it does write, but the ink starts and stops, so it may need a new refill or servicing.
I have included pictures showing my testing of the pens and pencil. Please look closely at all pictures for condition and details.
These items are being sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be fully functional. Please keep the testing results above in mind when purchasing.
