Offered is a vintage Albanian medal with original blue and yellow striped ribbon, an interesting piece of Albanian historical and political-era memorabilia.
The medal features a detailed relief design and comes complete with its original suspension ribbon. The blue and yellow ribbon is an especially distinctive feature of this decoration.
Examples of Albanian medals with similar ribbon patterns are documented in the collector market as labor and industrial awards, including decorations associated with mining and geology. Current marketplace examples include Albanian mining/geology medals with blue and yellow ribbon designs.
