An unusual and beautiful modern version of the Victorian crazy quilt. Ir has silk and synthetic pieces sewn together in traditional blanket stitches. It has a heavy gold satin backing which is echoed on the front with dividing lines. It is quilted with silk florette. knots in red and gold. It is. pictured on a full/double bed.

The condition is excellent. We note a few places where there is some color transfer, as pictured. On the back, there is a darker spot - it doesn’t go through to the front.

67” x 89”

This is a very handsome and unusual piece.
