Stunning and substantial mid-century modern vintage brutalist style pedestal centerpiece bowl. This impressive compote is made of heavy solid cast brass, weighing 1.11 kg (2 lbs 7 oz) before packaging. The design features a dramatic contrast between the polished bronze-gold rims and a rich, deeply textured teal-green verdigris enamel finish on the interior and the tripod stand.The artistic design is beautifully accented with dimensional cast brass oak leaves. Three detailed oak leaves are artfully arranged in a triad format on the inner surface of the bowl, and each of the three curved tripod legs features a matching applied oak leaf emblem.
