This vintage mid-century Polynesian lava rock wall hanging depicts a beautifully carved Hawaiian woman presenting a lei offering to a Tiki deity next to a traditional Pahu drum. This striking piece of art features a detailed wood-grain composite or resin carving mounted on a textured, porous base made to resemble genuine Hawaiian volcanic lava rock. The central figure is a kneeling woman with long, flowing hair holding a textured lei, gazing up at a beautifully detailed Tiki totem pole. Beside her rests a traditional drum and a small offering bowl at her knees. The contrast between the smooth, warm tones of the figurative carving and the dark, rugged texture of the lava rock backing gives this piece incredible visual depth. It comes ready to hang and serves as the perfect statement piece for any Hawaii enthusiast.
