Striking vintage copper vase or decorative vessel featuring exceptionally detailed hand-tooled/repoussé floral and foliate decoration across the rounded body and elongated neck. The copper has developed a deep, dark aged patina with areas of warm copper showing through, giving the piece wonderful depth and character. Unmarked; exact origin and maker are unknown. Measures approximately 13 1/2” tall and 9–9 1/2” across the widest portion. Vintage surface wear, oxidation and patina consistent with age; please see photos. Some slight dents in areas, but not terribly noticeable in my opinion due to the texture and details.
Item will be insured and sognature receipt added unless specified otherwise.
