Hand-carved bone eagle lighter holder with removable vintage Canary cigarette lighter.
This piece came from a family collection and was handmade by my late step-grandfather as part of his carving hobby. The piece is initialed EBW and dated '72. He commonly carved pieces from animal bone/horn, though the material of this particular piece has not been identified or tested. The front has a detailed raised eagle with spread wings above a shield and stars.
Measures approximately 1 3/4" tall without the lighter inserted. Please see measurement photos for additional dimensions.
Pre-owned vintage condition with age, natural discoloration and surface wear as pictured. There are some small cracks and wear to the carved bone. The Canary lighter shows scratches, tarnish and discoloration from age. The lighter has not been tested.
