Description
Vintage Dunlap hand planer featuring a solid cast iron body with original hardwood front knob and rear tote. This is a classic American-made woodworking tool, ideal for collectors, restorers, or traditional hand-tool users.
The plane shows honest age-related wear including surface rust, patina, and finish wear consistent with decades of use. The blade, adjustment wheel, and lever cap are present. The plane adjusts smoothly and would benefit from cleaning and sharpening before use, or it can be displayed as part of a vintage tool collection.
Dunlap tools were commonly sold through Sears and are well regarded for their durability and classic design.
