Vintage De Ve wall-mounted manual coffee grinder featuring a beautiful Delft Blue-style windmill design.
The ceramic coffee bean hopper is decorated in traditional blue and white with a Dutch windmill scene and floral pattern. The grinder is mounted on a cream-colored wooden backboard and features a manual metal crank with wooden handle.
Approximately13 inches talloverall.
Marked“De Ve”with the windmill logo on the upper portion of the backboard.
Condition:Good vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear. The dark blue wooden lid shows noticeable paint loss/chipping around the edges and other areas, and the mounting board shows wear and marks around the mounting holes. Please see close-up photos for condition.
The ceramic hopper displays very nicely. No chips or cracks are visible in the photos provided.
Please note:I would add one more sentence depending on whether you have actually tested it:
The crank turns and the grinding mechanism operates.
or, if you haven't tested it with coffee:
The crank turns, but the grinder has not been tested with coffee and is being sold as a vintage collectible/decorative item.
Please review all photos carefully as they are an important part of the description
