Lot of 2 authentic vintage Coca-Cola embossed contour/hobble-skirt bottles from Texas, dating to 1958 and 1961.Included:- 1958 Houston, Texas bottle — Base embossed HOUSTON TEX, with production code 58-07 and the “2” + Circle-C Chattanooga Glass mark associated with the company\'s Corsicana, Texas plant.- 1961 Longview, Texas bottle — Base embossed LONGVIEW TEX, with production code 61-14 and the same “2” + Circle-C Chattanooga Glass mark.Both are classic green-tinted returnable Coca-Cola bottles embossed “TRADE-MARK REGISTERED / IN U.S. PATENT OFFICE” and “CONTENTS 6 1/2 FL. OZS.”The Circle-C is documented as a Chattanooga Glass Company trademark, and bottle research associates the 2 + Circle-C combination with the Corsicana, Texas plant, which opened in 1958.Condition:PlBoth bottles are in used vintage condition and show authentic circulation/storage wear, including surface scratches, scuffs and marks consistent with old returnable soda bottles. There is interior cloudiness/residue/mineral-type deposit, including whitish buildup toward the bottom of the bottles. They have not been aggressively cleaned, so some of this may improve with careful cleaning.No chips or cracks were observed when photographed. Please examine all photos closely, particularly the rims, bases and interior, as the photos are part of the condition description. You will receive both bottles shown — one Houston, Texas bottle dated 1958 and one Longview, Texas bottle dated 1961.
