Beautiful vintage Chinese porcelain Famille Rose Millefleurs bowl featuring an elaborate all-over floral design with pink, purple, blue, green and gilt accents. The bowl sits on a decorative wooden stand. The underside features a traditional six-character Qianlong reign mark, 大清乾隆年製 (Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi), meaning “Made during the Qianlong reign of the Great Qing Dynasty.” This type of reign mark was also used on later porcelain and does not by itself indicate that the bowl dates to the Qianlong period. The bowl retains its original label stating:“FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY – FOR POSSES ONLY – NOT FOR FOOD USE – MADE IN MACAU.”The Macau marking is consistent with vintage Macau-decorated porcelain from the later 20th century. Condition: Vintage condition with some age-related wear and surface marks. Please see all photos carefully for details.Measurements are approximate.Includes: 1 porcelain bowl and decorative wood stand.Important: This is a vintage decorative bowl and is not intended for food use.
