This historic piece features a beautiful octagonal solid wood case with inset glass display panels. The main dial showcases iconic political propaganda artwork featuring Chairman Mao Zedong alongside citizens proudly holding the Little Red Book. The two side panels feature classic printed quotations and revolutionary poetry from Chairman Mao.
Condition Details:
• Mechanical State: The clock is currently NOT WORKING. The movement appears to be seized/overwound. When I shake it there is nothing moving inside. It is being sold strictly "as-is" for display, restoration, or parts.
• Cosmetic State: Shows authentic vintage character and cosmetic wear consistent with age, including minor scuffs on the wooden frame and natural aging on the face and side panels. No major cracks in the glass. Please review the photos carefully to evaluate the exact cosmetic condition.
