The spin action and flip action works on the clown. The key acts as a lever to spin the clown around after winding the top part of the unit up. There is a button on the back that releases the clown and makes him stand up side down on the ball. Very unique, very clean, in great shape and the paint is in nice condition. The key lever from this company it from the 1920’s-1930’s which tells me this bank is quite old.
