About this item:Vintage Benjamin Moore Paints Cardboard Store Sign Signage Train Lot Pair 1970s
Up for sale is a fantastic, matching pair of authentic vintage 1970s Benjamin Moore Paints die-cut cardboard retail store advertising displays. These original signs are designed in the shape of a classic steam locomotive train engine and feature vibrant, retro imagery alongside the iconic Benjamin Moore triangle logo on the cowcatcher.
The Pair Includes:
1. Aquavelvet Sign: Specifically advertising \"Moore\'s Regal Aquavelvet Latex Eggshell Flat Enamel\" with key selling bullet points.
2. Paint Sale Sign: A bold promotional piece featuring large red and yellow typography reading \"Moore\'s Quality Interior Paint Sale.\"
Condition Details:
Both signs are in excellent vintage condition with strong visual appeal. The front graphics remain bright and colorful. The plain corrugated brown cardboard backs are completely clean and dry, showing no signs of water damage, moisture staining, or heavy deterioration.
Please note there is normal minor edge softening, small creases near the narrow train neck/stack section, and light corner wear as shown in the photos. This is typical and expected wear for retail paperboard displays of this age. Both pieces still feature their original factory-punched mounting holes at the top for easy hanging.
Please inspect all the provided photos closely to confirm the exact condition of the items before purchasing. Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Thank you for looking!
