This charming figure depicts a smiling man wearing a bowler-style hat and playing a guitar. It has the distinctive exaggerated facial features and detailed hand carving associated with vintage ANRI character figures.
The original paper label is still attached to the base and reads in part:
“Guaranteed hand carved and hand painted by the famous artist woodcarvers of the Alps in Italy.”
The ANRI trademark is also visible on the label.
