I am selling this charming, vintage unmarked ANRI hand-carved wooden mechanical figural corkscrew, showcasing classic mid-century Italian craftsmanship. This piece features a wonderfully expressive character motif with excellent hand-painted details and distinctive, sharp facet cuts. It likely dates from the 1930s-1950s.This is a three-piece mechanical variant, where the head sits on an internal wooden rocker assembly inside the main torso handle. The side-mounted metal corkscrew worm is completely intact and securely attached. This item is being sold As-Is for parts, restoration, or static display. The Mechanism: The internal animation string, spring, and pivot pin are missing. Because of this, the mechanical animation (head nodding/jaw moving) does not function on its own.The Pieces: The head and the internal rocker insert completely detach from the body as shown in the photos. They fit back together perfectly for static display.Cosmetics: Beautiful vintage condition with minor paint wear and a lovely aged patina consistent with its age. There are no active cracks or splits in the wood. No visible maker\'s marks or stamps. This is a fantastic restoration project for a vintage barware collector, a great source of original ANRI replacement parts, or a beautiful rustic decor piece for your home bar cart! Please review all photos closely to see the exact condition of the internal pieces.Length/Width: 6 3/4\" x 2\"
