Rare, vintage 1992 Batman Returns Catwoman 3D lenticular bookmark. This collectible item was originally distributed by the Ralston Purina Company as a promotional insert premium packaged inside boxes of their limited-edition Batman Returns cereal during the movie's theatrical release run. The item measures approximately 2" x 4.5" and features a classic shifting 3D/motion design that showcases two distinct comic art variations of The Penguin. Played by Danny DeVito. His grotesque, gothic portrayal of Oswald Cobblepot remains one of the most iconic versions of the villain in cinematic history
This specific piece is in brand new condition and remains completely factory-sealed inside its original, clear promotional plastic wrap. The bookmark inside is untouched, while the external plastic film displays only minimal, age-appropriate handling wear from storage over the decades. The bookmark itself does NOT sit completely flat (please take a look at the photos). The edges “curl/roll” just a small amount. The back of the bookmark displays the official copyright markings from DC Comics Inc. (1991), Ralston Purina Company (1992), and the product identification numbers LC 91445. It makes a fantastic, well-preserved addition to any vintage Batman collection, cereal premium archive, or DC Comics display. Thanks for taking a look! Please check out our shop- we currently have all three cards available- Cat Woman, Batman and Penguin.
