Vintage 1990 Spanish pottery figurine set featuring three stylized women with hand-painted folk-art decoration.
The figures are finished in a warm natural clay/cream color with terracotta brown, black, white, yellow, blue and green painted details. Each woman has a different form: one standing figure holds a pottery vessel, another incorporates a vessel/opening at the front, and the third is seated.
The undersides are marked BELLON, with additional faded markings indicating Spain and 1990.
Bellón pottery is associated with the long-established Bellón pottery tradition of Totana, Murcia, Spain.
Pre-owned vintage condition. The undersides show age-related wear, discoloration, remnants of older markings and surface residue. Please review all photographs closely for exact condition.
