Bring home a piece of classic New Orleans holiday history with this authentic vintage 1987 Mr. Bingle plush snowman doll!Originally created as the beloved holiday mascot for the famous Maison Blanche department store, this large 17-inch holiday classic is an absolute must-have for regional collectors. He comes dressed in his iconic yellow cone hat, green holly leaf wings, red-and-white striped mittens, a red bow tie, and a silver jingle bell. He features his signature red and green plaid holiday vest, beautifully embroidered with "MB 1987" on the front.Condition Details:
This plush is in great vintage condition with very bright colors, incredibly soft fabric, and a firm shape. The original paper hangtag is missing. Because it is a vintage item from 1987, there are a few minor cosmetic age spots which have been clearly photographed for full transparency:
* Front: One small, faint mark on the upper thigh area of the right leg, right under the vest line.
* Back: A couple of small, faint spots on the red back panel of the vest, and one tiny yellowish spot on the lower area.
*
Aside from these minor vintage spots, the doll is exceptionally clean, completely odor-free, and has been beautifully preserved. From a smoke free home.
