The portfolio is complete - contains outer box, inner portfolio envelope with medal, inner portfolio and 2 art prints / pieces. Prints are in excellent shape. The outer box has some mild edging from being in a closet for many years. No signs of mold. The outer box has a small hardened substance on front and back of box (looks like candy, maybe?). The inner portfolio has tape on the edges, does not touch or affect the art.
