Vintage late 1970s decorative metal tea canister designed by Daher of Long Island City, New York, with the container made in England by The Tin Box Company. The lithographed exterior features peach and orange peonies in a green urn, a butterfly, cream background, geometric borders, and metallic gold-tone scrollwork.
The bottom is embossed “The Tin Box Company, Designed by Daher, Long Island City, N.Y. 11101, Container Made in England.” Matching pull-off lid included.

Good preowned condition. Exterior remains bright and glossy with minimal surface scuffs, and the metal body is free of major dents. Interior and inside of lid show heavy age-related oxidation and dark rust spotting. Please review all photos carefully.
