Vintage lot of four colorful novelty and slogan pinback buttons with retro graphics and humorous sayings.
Includes:
• Large blue “COURAGE” button featuring a cartoon military character
• Yellow “I Don’t Get Mad – I Get Even” smiley face button
• Green “Do Your Own Thing” retro flower design button
• Orange “I’m Basically a Warm Person” button
Buttons measure approximately 2.25 to 3 inches in diameter.
These appear to be vintage novelty buttons from the 1970s/early 1980s era. Exact dates and manufacturers are unknown.
Pre-owned vintage condition with surface scratches, scuffs, discoloration and age-related wear. The yellow “I Don’t Get Mad” button has particularly noticeable surface scratching. Metal backs show normal oxidation and age wear. Pin mechanisms are present as pictured.
