Complete Vintage 1967 Soviet Map Portfolio Set - "At the Map of the USSR" 6 Maps & Booklet - Novosti Press Agency Cold War Propaganda Ephemera
Up for sale is a complete, original 1967 English-language vintage infographic map portfolio titled "At the Map of the USSR."
Published in Moscow by the Novosti Press Agency Publishing House, this comprehensive set was produced to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the October Revolution (1917–1967). It was distributed internationally as a cultural and economic promotional tool, making it a spectacular piece of Cold War history and mid-century graphic design.
This listing features the entire, intact collection, which is exceptionally rare to find together as these sets were frequently broken up and sold for individual framing.
What is Included in this Set:
1. Original Illustrated Display Folder / Portfolio Sleeve: Featuring a striking red silhouette map of the Soviet Union alongside stylized cultural, industrial, and agricultural icons.
2. The Companion Booklet: An explanatory text guide authored by Moisei Green, detailing the regional and economic layout of the Soviet Union during the mid-1960s.
3. Six (6) Large Thematic Folding Maps:
• Union of the Socialist Republics (National & State Structure)
• Largest Power Plants and Power Systems of the USSR
• Schematic Map of the Soviet Union's West and South
• Schematic Map of the Soviet Union's East and Far East

• Outer Folder: Shows signs of age and storage wear. There is noticeable vertical creasing down the central red map graphic, general surface creasing, and wear/rubbing along the edges and corners (particularly along the bottom margin). Please review the photos carefully.
• Internal Maps & Booklet: No library markings, ink stamps, or personal signatures.
• Overall Grade: A complete, authentic historical set in Good/Very Good vintage condition.
