Vintage 1963 USAF CWU-2/P Intermediate Cold Weather Flight Suit
Up for sale is an authentic, highly collectible Vietnam War-era Intermediate Flying Coverall. Dated precisely to 1963 via military contract, this suit is a fantastic piece of aviation history featuring premium construction and rugged heritage styling.
CWU-2/P (The Rarity): The CWU-2/P was produced under a much shorter, highly specific procurement window in the early 1960s (governed by spec MIL-C-27156A). The vast majority of these intermediate suits were stamped as CWU-1/P, making surviving examples with a clear, authentic CWU-2/P black-and-white spec tag incredibly hard for military collectors to track down.
